I believe strong leadership combines clear direction with curiosity, collaboration and accountability. Whether I am leading a commercial initiative, building an international partnership or coaching an executive, I focus on understanding what matters, bringing people together and making progress tangible.
A career built around connections and growth
My work has brought me into contact with founders, investors, corporate leaders, government stakeholders and international business communities. I founded the Norwegian Australian Chamber of Commerce and have held leadership and commercial roles across business networks and international organisations, including Dubai Chambers.
These experiences have shaped a practical, cross-cultural approach to strategy, stakeholder engagement, organisational growth and execution.
Executive coaching and leadership development
Alongside my commercial and leadership work, I am an executive coach trained through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). I support leaders in strengthening their judgement, navigating complexity and developing the confidence and capability to lead effectively.
